Terms and conditions of vehicle rental

These terms and conditions define the process of booking, payment, vehicle pickup, use, and complaints related to vehicle rental services offered through this website. The website may be used for personal purposes free of charge, in accordance with the terms outlined below.
The service provider is COCO-GOLD d.o.o., and the client is any visitor who submits a booking via the electronic reservation form and completes the payment using an accepted method.

Booking

The client books a vehicle through the electronic booking form available on the website. A booking is considered valid once the client selects a vehicle, enters the required personal information, and confirms the reservation by completing the payment.
All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros) and include VAT. Vehicle availability is shown in real time and may change. A reservation is confirmed only after a successful payment transaction.

Payment

Rental services must be paid online using one of the accepted credit or debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa. All transactions are processed securely through an authorized payment gateway.

Vehicle pickup and return

Rented vehicles are delivered clean, technically inspected, and in proper working condition. Upon pickup, the client is required to inspect the vehicle and immediately report any visible damage or irregularities to a COCO-GOLD representative.
The client is obligated to return the vehicle at the agreed time and location, in the same condition it was received, with a full fuel tank (unless otherwise agreed).
Late returns, fuel shortages, or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges according to the rental agreement.

Cancellations and refunds

Reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full rental fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Claims and liability

COCO-GOLD d.o.o. guarantees to provide vehicles that are safe, roadworthy, and consistent with the specifications shown on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match the actual vehicle model assigned.
In the case of a technical malfunction not caused by the client, COCO-GOLD will offer a replacement vehicle of a similar class or provide a partial refund, depending on availability.
COCO-GOLD d.o.o. is not liable for any delays or damages caused by third parties or force majeure circumstances.

General provisions

COCO-GOLD d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take immediate effect upon publication on the website.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided during the booking process.
COCO-GOLD d.o.o. shall not be held responsible for any costs associated with internet use, phone calls, mobile data, or any other expenses incurred during booking or complaint processes.
While we strive to provide excellent service and accurate information, COCO-GOLD d.o.o. does not guarantee that every vehicle will perfectly match all user expectations or specific individual needs.
