How old must the person renting the vehicle be?
The person renting the vehicle must be at least 19 years old and must have a valid driving license of category B for at least one year.

When renting a vehicle, you must have an ID card or passport, and a valid driving license of category B for at least one year.
Can someone other than me drive the vehicle?
No. The vehicle can only be driven by a person who has signed a contract with our agency.
What if I have an accident with my vehicle?
You need to call the police on 122 and inform us about where the accident occurred, who is at fault and whether there are any injuries. After contacting us, we will give you further instructions.
Is there a mileage limit?
All our vehicles are contracted for an unlimited amount of kilometers regardless of the rental period.
Is it possible to cross the state border with the rented vehicle?
Yes, all of our vehicles are allowed to cross the state border, with a mandatory note when renting a vehicle.
Can I extend the agreed rental period?
Yes, it is possible to extend the already agreed rental period. You must inform our employees about this and get their approval.
Do I have to clean the rented vehicle before returning it?
No, the rental price includes regular interior and exterior washing. You will only be charged for cleaning in the event of spilling cold or hot drinks or heavy soiling.
